Abstract. The marine plant communities of the littoral zone in different biotopes of the Greek coasts were investigated in 1980-81. Seasonal distribution and variation of marine plant biomass were assessed. The communities of Cystoseira crinita and C. compressa were outstanding with maximum biomass during the summer months. Corallina officinalis and Pterocladia capillacea + Viva rigida communities predominated with maximum biomass in autumn and exhibited a decrease in winter, except in stressed biotopes. The species diversity and productivity of seaweeds along the Greek coasts are interpreted in relation to a number of environmental parameters.  相似文献

为了对商品化的海藻植物促生长剂中甜菜碱的含量进行测定,利用酸性条件下甜菜碱能与雷氏盐发生特异性反应,生成的络合物在λ525nm有最大吸收的特征,用比色法来检测甜菜碱的含量,并对测定条件、络合物的稳定性、方法的回收率进行了系统研究。结果表明,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9985,平均加标回收率是99.07%。用此方法测定了国内外7种海藻植物促生长剂产品中甜菜碱的含量,其中1号样品甜菜碱质量比最低,为0.6193mg/g,6号样品甜菜碱质量比最高,为120.4163mg/g。此方法能快速、简便、准确地测定海藻植物促生长剂中甜菜碱的含量。  相似文献

This paper reports changes in vegetation distribution and species cover in relation to soil factors and hydrology in a semiarid Mediterranean salt marsh adjacent to the Mar Menor saline lagoon. Species cover, soil salinity, and the groundwater level were monitored between 1991 and 1993 and between 2002 and 2004, and total organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, nitrates, ammonium and exchangeable phosphorus were measured in the soils in both study periods. In addition, three soil profiles were described in August 1992 and August 2004. The results indicate an elevation of the water table throughout the 13-year period, which was attributable to water flowing from areas with intensive agriculture. Flooding increased and soil salinity dropped in the most saline sites and increased in the least saline ones. The morphology of the soil profiles reflected the increase in flooding periods, due to the appearance of a greyer matrix in the deeper horizons and a more diffuse pattern of Fe mottles. Following these environmental changes, Sarcocornia fruticosa, Phragmites australis and Juncus maritimus strongly expanded at the wettest sites, which led to the disappearance of the original zonation pattern. The cover of Limonium delicatulum, in turn, decreased with the increase in moisture but increased following the increase in salinity. Changes in soil nutrients were only very evident in the sandy soils of the beach, probably due to the influence of organic debris deposited on the shoreline by the storms and due to the strong increase in the colonisation of this habitat by perennial species. According to the results obtained, control measures are needed in order to preserve habitat diversity in this and other salt marshes of this area. Monitoring of the vegetation distribution could be a useful tool to identify environmental impacts, in order to implement remedial actions.  相似文献

内蒙古赤峰市敖汉旗水泉南山附近采集到酒局子组植物化石,通过系统鉴定,共计12属18种,包括楔叶类、木贼类、瓢叶类、真蕨和种子蕨类及科达类等,其中以Pecopteris (Asterotheca) hemitelioides和Cordaites principalis为代表,均为晚古生代华夏植物群常见分子或代表分子,表明赤峰地区在宾夕法尼亚亚纪时应属华夏植物地理大区.酒局子组的时代应当归于宾夕法尼亚亚纪.植物群中发现高大的科达类,并有大量反映热带、亚热带气候的真蕨和种子蕨类,显示该区当时应处于亚热带-暖温带雨量充沛的湿热环境.  相似文献

"5·12"大地震后,茂县牟托地区的地形地貌和生态系统受到很大的破坏。本文对茂县牟托地区典型斜坡的植物生长状况、土壤颗粒组成、土壤含水率进行了调查分析,获得了土壤颗粒大小、渗透性、含水率与植物生长之间的关系;研究表明,土壤颗粒组成中,细颗粒所占比例越高,其渗透系数越小,土壤含水率越大,植物的生长状况愈佳;土壤细颗粒所占比例相近的情况下,含水率高的地区植物生长好。根据研究成果,结合生态恢复的技术和方案实施的安全性以及可行性,提出水泥喷灌、修筑挡水阶梯和排水沟、种植植物等生态恢复的方案以及保持斜坡稳定的措施。  相似文献

祁连山南麓退耕地主要植物群落植冠层的截留性能   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
退耕地人工群落植冠层的截留能力,是群落生态效益的重要组成部分,这一研究不仅可以掌握退耕还林还草工程作用的机理,还可以更好地指导工程实践,促进工程建设步伐。通过“简易吸水法”,可以快速掌握退耕地植冠层的最大截留潜力。青海省大通县退耕较早、平均年龄约10a以上的青海云杉、华北落叶松等几种人工群落,它们的林冠截留量较高,平均达1.93mm,为当地3种截留量最高、林龄50a之上天然群落的61%。青海云杉、华北落叶松、白桦、青杨、中国沙棘等退耕地人工群落的截留量,基本上显示出与林龄之间呈线性或Cubic、Quadratic正相关关系。在植物群落分层截留、消化吸收降雨的这一空间垂直序列中,植冠层截留量虽然较低,平均仅1.29mm(0.25~2.38mm),但植冠层的主要作用还在于减轻、缓冲雨水直接打击地面,改变降水的侵蚀性危害,而这些作用要远远高于截留量自身的区区数量。  相似文献

氮沉降和降水格局改变对草原生态系统的结构、功能及关键过程具有重要影响。依托内蒙古乌拉特荒漠草原研究站的全球变化实验平台,研究了氮添加和增减雨(+50%、-50%)及其交互作用对荒漠草原植物群落光合速率和植被特征的影响,分析了荒漠草原植物群落光合速率与植被特征的关系。结果表明:(1)短期氮添加对荒漠草原植物群落光合速率和植被特征没有显著影响(P > 0.05);(2)降水格局改变显著影响荒漠植物群落光合速率(P < 0.05),减雨50%显著降低了荒漠草原植物群落光合速率和优势种植物高度(P < 0.05),而降水增加50%没有改变群落光合速率和植被特征,降水改变下的土壤水分能很好地解释群落光合速率;(3)氮添加和增加降水的交互效应显著提高了群落的光合速率和优势种植物高度(P < 0.05),而减少降水与氮添加没有显著影响;(4)荒漠草原植物群落盖度、优势种盖度、优势种平均高度与群落的光合速率呈现出指数增加关系,解释率为40%~58%。干旱极大地抑制荒漠草原植物群落光合速率,而氮沉降则依赖于降水增加来提高群落的光合速率,荒漠草原植物群落光合速率与水肥处理下的植物生长特征具有密切的关系。  相似文献

Biological invasions represent one of the significant components of global change. A comparative study of invaders and co-occurring natives is a useful approach to gaining insights into the invasiveness of exotic plants. Spartina alterniflora, a C4 grass, is a widespread invader in the coastal wetlands in China and other regions of the world. We conducted a comparative study of S. alterniflora and native C3 species, Phragmites australis and Scirpus mariqueter, in terms of their gas exchange and efficiencies in resource utilization. We tested the hypothesis that S. alterniflora has growth-related ecophysiological advantages over the natives in its non-native range, which result in its rapid growth and enhance its invasiveness. Photosynthesis, leaf area index (LAI), specific leaf area (SLA), and the efficiency of resource use (light, water, and nitrogen) were examined monthly for eight months in 2004. Overall, S. alterniflora had greater LAI, higher maximal net photosynthetic rate (Amax), and longer growing season than those of the native species. On average, the efficiencies of S. alterniflora in light, water, and nitrogen utilization were respectively 10.1%, 26.1%, and 33.1% higher than those of P. australis, and respectively 70.3%, 53.5%, 28.3% higher than those of S. mariqueter. However, SLA of S. alterniflora was significantly lower than those of P. australis and S. mariqueter. Although there was no general pattern in the relationship between invasiveness and plant photosynthetic types, in this study, most of the ecophysiological characteristics that gave S. alterniflora a competitive advantage in the Yangtze River estuary were associated with photosynthetic pathways. Our results offer a greater understanding of the relationship between invasiveness and plant photosynthetic type. Our results also indicate that LAI and the length of the photosynthetic season, which vary with habitats, are also important in invasion success.  相似文献

Over the past 20 years, significant progress has been made in virtual plant modeling corresponding to the rapid advances in information technology. Virtual plant research has broad applications in agronomy, forestry, ecology and remote sensing. As many biological processes are driven by light, it is the key for virtual plant to estimate the light absorbed by each organ. This paper presents the radiance equation suitable for calculating sun and sky light intercepted by plant organs based on the principles of the interaction between light and plant canopy firstly; analyzes the process principles of plant canopy primary lighting based on ray casting and projection secondly; describes the multiple scattering of plant lighting based on Monte Carlo ray tracing method and on the radiosity method thirdly; and confirms the research with 3D visualization based on Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) finally. The research is the primary work of digital agriculture, and important for monitoring and estimating corn growth in Northeast China.  相似文献
